hmmm i always thought this too.. but a bit of research i could only see 20 as the highest group... when getting quotes for my car I am sure they said it was higher than 20 and the lady said its the higest she had seen confusing

but you dont get my point pete... was these irregularities due to human cheating or a blip in the design? if it was a blip then it cannot be called cheating. Your going down that road that ford or any other make is better than Toyota... motorsport is all about teamwork and how they develop the car and strategy.. (prolly alot more too) if these plans are not all 100% then there is really no chance of that team winning. You would spot scoobies at the end of a rally with less points compared to other scoobs of exactly the same spec... same goes for F1 Perhaps Toyota do not have that 100% teamwork and strategy

I have been a passenger in a cossie years ago.. I did not state that the cossie was slower or faster.. i did not state it was a complete waste of time... like i said... fun car.. Coz a car runs fine today it can break tommorow and cost just as much. An LS is would be expensive to repair... its an expensive excutive car in its time. If you do not maintain it or research into its past then its gonna be costly. But I honestly think you have stepped outta one fire into another.... but if you get your jollys then thats cool... I pay through the nose for a TT... i have to work hard to pay for it. But I never see Soarers with blown engines.. turbos maybe but the engines are rock solid. BTW.. just outta interest i see the cossie is group 20 same as the soarer... what price and what requirements did the insurance company require?

errr.. i can keep up along side.. i can split hairs with that! everything from lexus is made by Toyota.. my car uses the same bits as a mark 4 supra engine, brakes etc.. not bad really... rest of the soarer has a really unique design. Now.. the posts states that the LS was expensive.. i fail to see where the words Lexus were thought to be cheap on parts!!! Plus.. since when have ford been any cheaper? People always wanna have a slate at something they dont really know... its like having a sheep and a cow and claim the cow runs faster than the sheep! When i measure a car I check the figures.. weigh it all up

I doubt ayone is bitter coz he now owns a new car.. but dont come on a lexus board slating an LS against a cossie... he was asking for trouble I dont go on the cossie forums saying my TT is better than a ford sierra 4x4 My opinion it was a provoking post... and even I bit at the hook line and sinker!
