we are testing water really barrie.. when or if we are serious then names will be needed. Then we tie that name with the member so they are sitting next to each other. otherwise aido will end up sitting next to someones GF... just imagine it

HI Guys and Gals Next friday (1st October) I am going to a meeting to sign a contract on a LOC Xmas Party. However, Before I squiggle alot of money away I am in need of your interest in attending this party. But what I could really do with is some definate interest before I actually get this party rolling. I have had a few members interests alraeady such as bazza and co. BUT If I do not get enough interest before next friday then I shall not attempt to sign any contract as it is too much money for the club to risk. So here is some info... I really need as many people as possible who can definatly make this to add their names. This party is a joint venture with TOC. We have reserved 75 spaces for both clubs.. I can reserve more but I did not want to reserve too many innitially until I see members interests. The party is held on the 18th December Burley Court Imago Conference Centre Loughborough Junction 23 off the M1 Cost per head is £38.00 per person and includes live entertainment and 3 courses dinner. So if I can get 35 people by Thursday then I will book this providing TOC also come up with 35 names. yes they do loads of different sorts of fleeces and polos.. big choice. Also caps, jogging pants, jackets and so on.. but lets do fleeces and shirts first ;)

Hi ho folks. I am presently in the stages of organising a load of LOC T-Shirts, Polos and fleeces plus loads more stuff real soon. I have received an embroidery sample and it looks very nice indeed. All garments are embroidered here in the UK and have approx 2 week turnaround.. not the 6 month wait like the last lot were.. we really have this sorted! (thanks to Ken ;) ) Also the pricing is very reasonable too. I will try and work out a price inc shipping. I was very happy with the prices. What is also a beauty with this GB is that you can have your name sticthed into the sleeve of your polo shirt or T shirt. You can basically have what you want stitched. (whithin reason) Once i get my samples through I will place some pics up. I have ordered a polo with my name stitched on the sleeve too so we can see what they come out like. So.. the purpose of this thread is to see what members would like... and how many would be interested in purcahsing some nice shirts.
