we had a laugh when i had my business a few years ago, when they called we would ask them if we can put them on hold... then just leave them there and see how long we can keep them there for. Run a score board.. its great!

when you park the car in the garage dont use the remote to lock the car, use the key in the lock (i know its a pain with the cap on the handle) The smart access system sucks the battery dry if the car is not used.

when i was with Adrian Flux i got sick of paying £25 for them to lift a finger.. any alterations were very costly.

I have recently upgraded the chat room, i had to do a new installation of the software so registered users will need to register again. However, its a much better chat room, although similar to the old this one has most of the bugs ironed out and some nice new features. We should start doing the thursday night chat nights again. Club Chat Room Is there a particular evening we should set this up? Maybe a Poll?

regardless of the queue, they will only make more planes land and build another queue. more money for the government in green taxes and loads of handouts.
