    after about 250 miles of bedding in I noticed a good initial bite when braking. Not really had the right weather to push the car hard and see how good they are. Let us know how you get on, Hope your as happy with them as what i was with mine :D

    For tinting windows Halfords or A1 motorstores will be able to point you in the right direction as they normally have window fitters go round every month or so to tint customers cars, atleast they did a couple of years ago.

    thats the discs i have, I would think the type of pads wouldn't matter. I payed more but i got front and backs along with pads at the same time. front back you could always email Dave (prolex) and double check, to put your mind at rest.

    Is there any MOT/Legal issues with headlights/foglights? I noticed Bazza has red fog lights, Any prob's?

    OEM are fine, Mintex are good, Prolex and TDi do uprated discs. Mintex pads are very good. Spending money on stopping is never wasted money, is up to you. I have Prolex's Grooved discs with Mintex pads all round and im very happy and confident with there stopping power.

    Mate of mine used to have a Del Sol, Not keen on the styling and you see less of this type, plus his roof used to get stuck half way all the time, even Honda gave up trying to fix it. The Vtec is very fun!

    I have been usin Goodyear Eagle F1's and have been very happy, but i may try something different I have read good things about Vrederstein, Kazi are they up to much and whats the wear like? I'v been getting about 10k out of my F1's but i do drive quite hard.

    A real CRX not a Del Sol...I really want one but everytime I look for a CRX all I get is Del Sol's. Very Nice mate! Could you PM/email me with some info on this type as i really want a project car.

    I got my car with 1 set of keys, after asking Lexus what a new key would cost (about £150?+ can't remember now) and what the damage would be if i lost the key, about a grand with new locks and ecu. I took the new key option. I hope you get sorted!

    anything in your ash tray? side pockets? sunroof inner sliding thingy? have you got a standard stereo or an aftermarket? Is your bonnet holder up bar supported correctly?

    Welcome to LOC Headlight, either a new one or if you can see a small stone chip then a littlebit of clear silicone is a cheap fix

    Hello Did a search the other day and i couldn't find anything on the IS200 with this, I have noticed people cleaning there MAF sensors to make there car run a little sweeter and get better MPG, I found a run through on the Knowledge section but not for the IS200. I have taken a few pics is this the MAF? If not could somebody help me please? Thanks Aaron

    Crazy for sniffing exhaust fumes??? I think yes! If you was driving your car hard then an exhaust smell would probably be right. However i dont have a Camcon so don't know what difference there should be.

    Welcome to LOC! Does the light on the dash flash when the key is not in the ignition and when the car is locked and secured? When you say the light keeps coming on when the car is running does it do a couple of flashes then a pause or is it consistant? A previous car of mine did this if the alarm had gone off for any reason, cleared it by deactivating it twice (Lex maybe be unlock key twice?) however it turned out mine was faulty :( Only thing i can suggest is to check the fuses for anything to do with the security system or get it checked by Lex, Did you get warrenty with the car? Great choice in colour btw!

    Mine broke a little while ago (IS200 should be the same), it was only a couple of £ (£5?) for the new part and about 5min job.
