  1. I love the all black look, black car, tinted windows, anthracite/black wheels.
  2. Sport has the most add on's, group 13 ins, instead of 12. sports has thaty others dont. Limited slip diff, scuff plates, ali pedals, tinted rear glass with sport etched in quarters, rear spoiler, slightly lower susp, only manual trans, chrome exhaust tip. Thats all i can think of at the moment, the S is the entry level SE is where the leather suade trim etc starts, you can get these is man/auto. Dont know if the S has a sunroof Car looks great btw, you having enjoying it?
  3. How long was it about for on Yahoo? We should have a LOC birthday bash and all meet up.
  4. Just wondering, How old is LOC and who Joined first? out of those that Joined first who are still active? Just getting to know the roots behind it all.
  5. when i fitted mine, i torqued it to what it was and sheered a bolt, once replaced i just did them up tight...but not really tight.
  6. without the panels on i fitted it all, i measured from the back of the seat and floor of the boot on each side, i then fitted the panels back into place but without the bar fitted and marked the panels, removed the panels and cut them only small, replaced them to see if i was in the right place. then made the holes a bit bigger and pushed the bar through. then just cleaned it up a bit, i made a hash of one side but managed to hide it a bit. you will need a good stanley knife.
  7. yep, dont take too long, longest part is making the cut outs. i sheared a stud when i did my front one, so new top mount.
  8. I have no measurments but i will take a piccy of mine tmrw and post it up here when i get home from work...when fitting it do not Jack your car up or overtighten the fixings on the top mounts.
  9. what fuel do you use? do you ever use fuel system cleaners? i use BP Ultimate and every 3-6 months run through a system cleaner STP injector cleaner or Forte...normally improves my mpg a bit but i have never had as bad mpg as you. STP is about £5 @ Halfords, Forte i can only get from a garage (repair garage) £8-£10.
  10. I like what you have done with these but the reflection on the boot of this one im not too sure about!
  11. <~~~~ JEALOUS!!!!! Looks great, sure it drives great too.
  12. This has now been on my car for a couple of weeks, I have noticed that i have had improved fuel economy, I fill up every week by the time i get to half a tank i am on 200miles, just above half a tank and i have done 220miles, I have been driving the same, same journeys and same petrol (BP Ultimate). without times to back up but i recon its a bit quicker too, i will put that to the test at santa pod :)
  13. I have F1's Fantastic tyre had GSD2's now got GSD3's and both are as good as each other! Yes they are quiet. I have also used Uniroyal Rainsports, also a very good tyre and cheaper than F1's.
  14. Don't worry mate, will now make others aware :)
  15. Very nice pics! Got a nice tidy car there. Mine is a sport but does not have the brake light in the spoiler. Scenery is also very nice!

  17. last time the brake warning light was on for me i had the 3rd brake light disconnected...I would agree with fluff most likely bulb.
  18. Follow Link, may take a few secs to load. http://www.compfused.com/directlink/4603/
  19. They do. they may touch a little causing it to resonate but that can be sorted quite easily.
  20. Thats me then! :winky: Still think there small tho'. i have a service in a few weeks and this will go well with my nice new oil.
  21. I also had this, it went away when i got my new discs and pads fitted, now they have been on the car a while the pads are now starting to make this noise (on slightly) pads obviously need re-greasing in the calipers.
  22. Look great, i love deep dish wheels, are the rears deeper than the fronts? what are the widths? Nice one!
  23. Im still suprised how small the oil filter is, is an IS300 filter also small? I suppose with better quality & synthetic oils now they don't need as heavy filtering.
