  3. I pulled the wheel arch back a bit, then found it easier taking the fog light out and doing it from the front, did the pilot hole then felt how close i was...The loom is supported pretty close to the inner arch.
  4. :winky: Very thin metal there, easy to hole saw. However there is a loom or pipe under there.

  11. 1 week on & 4 new tyres...Used to the car again, feels better cornering, feels more comfortable on all roads, does feel smooth when i put my foot down. very happy with the final product. Still have vibrations when braking, need to get this "run out" checked. See you in 2k miles for the final tune.

  16. I had this when i took my policy out, asked them to explain the question, apparently IS200's registered after may 1999 all have Thatcham Cat 1 fitted, before that it must be cat 2. to my understanding cat 1 = Alarm and Imobaliser cat 2 = imobabliser cat 3 = some of those steering locks and some alarms. if this is wrong could somebody please correct me.
  17. Very much worth it guys! It will pay for itself in comfort and tyres wearing correctly :winky:
  18. from what i have been told it takes 3 fill ups before the new fuel is fully through and ECU recognises it properly, If after a you have run a tank through and fill up again an ECU re-set will probably speed things up a bit. having the s/c fitted will be an ECU reset when the biggy back one is connect i would have thought.
  19. Welcome to LOC Gord has 19's...think there for sale too.
  20. I have had something like this, it was the guard behind the brake disc rubbing on the disc, only really heard it at low speeds, solution, bent it away from disc. Are all your belts in good condition?
  21. Lexus's geo settings are wrong. (agreed with Reeko) Go see the Doc. (wheels in motion)
