  1. Same thing posted in this thread: http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...f=32&t=4112&hl= Not you then???????
  2. I think that sounds a little too early I think meeting up at 10.00 at Donnington services is early enough.
  3. Well done that man. Where abouts are you from Liam? What are you looking to do to your car to make it "look more sporty"? I would advise you to swap the front grille for the sport mesh version as a start, then maybe lower it a tad, add a spoiler ..... B)
  4. Claire can you post a list of those who have signed up for this meet please.
  5. I was not impressed with the Supaguard treatment on my paintwork. It is supposed to prevent bird droppings from attacking the paint, failed on this count. Droppings only on there for 2 hours max, had to work hard to remove marks. Paint work on bonnet area very dull after washing until started using Meguairs products. So IMO not worth it on the paintwork, can't comment on the interior treatment really. But I clean my seats & treat leather regular so they still look like new.
  6. I like that story :D Time to hunt Harry down
  7. Was going to bring this thread back to life this morning, well done Ifraz. Not sure what time to say, got to clean the car in the morning :D Any suggestions, depends on where people are travelling from really. Only half an hour down the road for me.
  8. Best send Andy some directions Nick, Andy tends to get a little lost around Leicester :P I went to Brooklands with Andy last Saturday and the vibration is a strange one, low distant rumble. As Andy said can be heard/felt when going up slight inclines or accelerateing hard.
  9. Yep, they were the ones who took three attempts. In the end I spoke to Martin at Lexus Leicester who gave me the part number for my windscreen I then passed this on and hey presto the next screen is the correct one :D
  10. Loooooovely Mat, you take your time now Hows about doing a review on it for us, just in case anybody here is considering buying one.
  11. Just make sure they fit the correct one, it took three attempts to get mine right. Also make sure they don't stick any of the rubber to the paint work and they take care of your baby.
  12. Good day had by me, nice to meet some new people and catch up with the old timers :D
  13. Not heard of that system, how much did they charge you? What are the supposed benefits?
  14. Have to add my vote for a black one of course, mind you don't want them to become as popular as those silver or blue ones :P
  15. I know exactly what you mean Gord ;) Soooo much to spend and soooo little time :P
  16. If I was you and gone to the trouble of removing the oranges lenses I would fit Philips Silver indicator bulbs. These look silver but flash orange, look nicer than orange bulbs in the rear lenses.
  17. Ask them to change your gearbox oil, this did the trick on mine. This won't cost much so they may do it FOC if you ask nicely.
  18. Can't see washing it more often would create any problems. Which paint protection system did you have?
  19. Steve playing drum 'n' bass I have got some test tone CD's somewhere from when I used to compete in SPL competitions, I shall have a quick look to see if I can dig them out.
  20. Sounds good Steve. That is an amazing labour charge. Looking forward to seeing it tomorrow, will we hear you coimg :D
  21. Thats a shame Gord, but at least you will be there. Any idea when you car will be ready? If you are coming back to collect it next weekend maybe you coud make Donnington too :D
  22. Don't come knocking if the vans rocking :P
  23. Take her out in one on a test drive, she will fall in love with the Lexus, trust me I'm a doctor :D
