  1. I use Autoglym's leather cleaner and conditioner in my car and it's always seemed quite good. Haven't had any specific marks to clean though.
  2. Thanks Brian, it'll be nice to meet you!
  3. Apparently one was a Lexus, although don't know what flavour.
  4. See you in Gold soon! There's also discounted insurance rates for Gold members, so it should save you some money ;)
  5. Have you joined Gold yet? There's some really good insurance deals and modifications are sympathetically looked at. It probably wouldn't cost you that much on insurance. Some of the guys with modded cars could give you a better idea...
  6. I've heard of this before so it's not a wind up. I think they can even nick you if it's on a drive... :duh:
  7. Who needs traction control - just have as much junk in your boot as I do in mine and it keeps the weight over the back wheels
  8. At least they've been out by you - it's like a skating rink by us and we've seen not hide nor hair of any gritters. I think they usually come out May/June time by the time they've got themselves organised ;)
  9. Ooh, I could say something terribly 'Daily Mail', like shouldn't they be out catching REAL criminals, but of course I won't. <_<
  10. Ooh, that's a tough one. I love the IS200 to bits and some of the modifications are excellent, but an Evo VI? Could definitely be tempted, B) - they are lovely cars!
  11. All the details are posted here guys: http://lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/index.p...ST&f=24&t=3454& :)
  12. It was a bit precarious around by us this morning and traffic was horrendous! White Van Man must have excellent traction control though, he still insisted on driving a foot away from my bumper
  13. Idiot! She's bloomin' lucky no one was seriously hurt. Bet the kid'll have a great time at school though - "yeah, actually I hurt myself driving my mum's motor...."
  14. Rather than be invisible, can I get an image of me typing, projected onto my office desk? That way, I could slip off early and no one would ever suspect a thing
  15. Not THE Prelude Sammy - the one with the mad boot spoiler?
  16. Thanks for rubbing that in Greeneyes! It was 0 degrees and plenty of black ice around first thing this morning <_<
  17. Ahem, I knew I wouldn't be in Friday but the temptation was too great! My husband was still off work and nipper's not back to the childminder until tomorrow - so hanging out with my boys. Fan-bloomin'-tastic :D :D :D
  18. www.carsource.co.uk Don't know if this is just for traders or if you can post private sales here too. May be worth a go?
  19. Me too! Only I didn't last out the day Thursday - was home by 1.30pm :D
  20. Reminds me of Lady Penelope's car in Thunderbirds from the front :D
  21. Not for me I'm afraid. I can think of other cars I'd prefer for the money

  23. I don't get to relax much (work full time, have a little boy to look after, freelance work in the evenings and LOC as my main hobby!). So main relaxing pursuits tend to be long baths and good books <_< Apart from that, on the odd occasion (and in the name of work - bonus!), I have been able to do some driving - Honda Pilots, quad bikes and a dodgy attempt at rally driving. Brilliant fun!
