  1. It's like that at Munich airport - removing your shoes, belts etc to put through the X-Ray machine
  2. I've registerd too! Not sure I'd take my baby racing, but would certainly be up for a meet to watch (or be a passenger!)
  3. Just in case you ever got the two mixed up. This should clear things up a bit...... IN PRISON...you spend the majority of your time in an 8 X 10 cell AT WORK... you spend the majority of your time in a 6 X 8 cubicle. IN PRISON...you get three meals a day. AT WORK...you only get a break for one meal and you pay for it. IN PRISON...you get time off for good behaviour. AT WORK...you get more work for good behaviour. IN PRISON...the guard locks and unlocks all the doors for you. AT WORK...you must carry around a security card and open all the doors for yourself. IN PRISON...you can watch TV and play games. AT WORK...you get fired for watching TV and playing games. IN PRISON...you get your own toilet. AT WORK...you have to share with some idiot who pees on the seat. IN PRISON...they allow your family and friends to visit. AT WORK...you can't even speak to your family. IN PRISON...all expenses are paid by the taxpayers with no work required. AT WORK...you get to pay all the expenses to go to work and then they deduct taxes from your salary to pay for prisoners. IN PRISON...you spend most of your life inside bars wanting to get out. AT WORK...you spend most of your time wanting to get out and go inside bars. IN PRISON...you must deal with sadistic wardens. AT WORK...they are called managers. ***** So why is it again that we work? *****
  4. I agree with Javadude and Wildrnes. Be all reasonable then sucker them into giving you a few Lexus goodies into the bargain too....!!!
  5. Welcome to the club. I like the new RX300, it looks like a Sportscross on steroids :D Come along to one of our events and show it off !
  6. C'mon guys and gals, sign up!!! You're free to bring friends and family and you are guaranteed a good time!
  7. Why do mothers panic? It's probably down to a faulty CPU. Take her back to the dealers - is she still under warranty? :eerrrmm: :iraqi-info-minister:
  8. Just you, I think it's a lovely bit of software! Not helping much am I?! Until it's sorted do you want to send me the info and I'll post it on the calendar?
  9. Maybe Unusual for a woman, but I vote neither too. Can't abide either of them!
  10. Not a million miles from me, if I can get a baby sitter I'll try and come along (I'm guessing Kieran's car wash services wouldn't really be welcomed...!!!)
  11. They're really, really nice B)
  12. Are they part of the same group as Bracknell (Octogon)? Very nice people They've got my IS in this afternoon to check out the airbag light...
  13. Ooooh, that's where I am hoping to go in September!
  14. We all rocked up at the Bracknell Jap Performance Car meet and held our own! You should be fine!!
  15. Well, if they're going to flame you they may as well go for me too....!!! My tyres are paid for by the lease company, but I had to take the car to Kwik Fit to be done which initially I wasn't happy about. I got Dunlop SP6000's and from what I can remember they worked out about £119ish a tyre. I'll see if I can dig out the original receipts, I remember being pleasantly surprised by the cost and the service
  16. What's this about the pre-paid plans? Anyone got any idea of details/price etc? Still umming and ahhing about whether or not to buy my car or get a new one on lease once my plan is finished
  17. It's the forward facing cameras that put a shiver down my spine
  18. I drove an SC430 at last years open road event and I loved it!!!! Should a spare £50k come my way I'll be down the dealers! The only comments I had at the time was that there appeared to be some body roll going around corners, but I've heard the handling is much better now. Hoping to get my stiky mits on another one on the forthcoming open road event.
  19. Eek, that's the only place I've really been tempted by, I know some mechanics that use that for road testing as there's never been any police presence there. Best think again me'thinks. BTW, hubby was driving...I'd have been a little easier to keep up with ;)
  20. I used to own a Seat Ibiza GLX (box on wheels) and jealous sods (yes really) were always tearing off the wing mirrors. I guess there will always be some jealous people no matter what car you own. At least the Lexus attracts a better class of vandal :iraqi-info-minister:
  21. I never, ever speed. Especially not on the Marlow Bypass or M4 on the way to the pub from the curry house. Neither do any of the othe Lexus' or Toyotas that were following
