That made me laugh. I borrowed my husband's estate car to collect a garden bench and put a tiny, tiny, minscule mark on the top of the bumper. After much, much going on about me never ever being able to use his car again, he misjudged getting into a car park and smashed the bumper on some railings

Depends on the dealership but discounts on servicing etc range from 10-15%. GOLD members also benefit from discounts on parts, accessories, cleaning kit, insurance, audio equipment, leisure and attractions....the list goes on. Also, you're supporting the Club which is self funding ! -

I've heard that they need to blow up the photo to get a clear picture of the driver, but this is tampering with evidence. Not sure if it's true or just a 'modern myth' ???

Network Associates (NAI) also do hardware to protect systems from this sort of thing - the WebShield Appliances. Not on a Lexus, no. My husband has often changed ariels on his and his family's Honda's if that's any help. It doesn't seem difficult to do and I can't see that having a none-Lexus one would make much of a difference.

At the risk of being flogged for suggesting an alternative marque!!! I love the S2000. I've gone off the looks, but the performance is brilliant :D My friend took me out for spin in his when I was pregnant and went sooo fast I was sick for a day. BRILLIANT FUN !!!

A friend of mine at work has received a speeding fine (via a fixed camera). Can she deny being the driver? Does she have a legal obligation to supply the driver's details?

What's the fuel consumption like on the GS300 compared to the IS200. Is insurance much dearer too? I like the GS300 - and really like the GS430 - guess it's a bit out of my price range though!!!

My car's done @ 35,000 miles and I only ever get between 320-350 miles per tank of petrol. Mostly town driving though...
