The stereo is fine at the moment, I just want to be prepared if it happens again as I've had it replaced once before when I first got the car. It would be nice to know I'm covered as I will buy the car from the lease company (either keep it or sell it on privately and buy a GS). Hope I've not tempted fate now!!!

I bought the Getaway for Simon and had a go myself. I still don't know the point of the game, but I had a great time holding up all the Lexus drivers, stealing their cars and running people over. Simon just looked on increduously and muttered something about missions, it being a boys' toy and that I should stick to watching TV !

My car's 3 years old in March, do you reckon I'd be covered if my stereo went up the swanee (it's been replaced once) - I think mine's the Nakamichi stereo

A bloke tried a similar scam with me on the leccy. He said that their records showed that they had me on their more expensive package and that they would change me to their better deal if I just signed on the dotted line. When I pointed out that they weren't our suppliers they still wanted me to sign. I pulled the 'dopey female' approach and said that my husband dealt with all the bills...!

Chips Away should be able to do it for you without neccessitating the removal of your arm and leg to do it. Even if it's dented most can still repair it. -
I've just bought a Dell Axim PDA and you can get them from £184 on the dell website - www.dell.co.uk When I'm feeling a bit more flush, I'll look to get the GPS add-ons from TomTom (www.tomtom.com) - my mate has this for his Compaq iPac and really rates it. I think the add-on and the navigation software comes to about £250.

I think most people here use the Quanan sensors - there should be plenty of pics in the galleries. Not sure what the differences are between the 2 systems though

Our Honda Prelude was a Jap import and had a limiter that kicked in at 115 MPH (not KM) - so I'm told I know my husband and his mate looked at a few places in the back of Auto Trader/Top Gear as there were garages that advertised they could get rid of the limiter. Not sure where in Spain you could go or if you'd trust your beloved car to someone out of the back of a mag though -
Yep.. thats why i moved... and lets be honest, its only 1 hour west of Reading.. I like being a fleas hop from both sets of parents and brothers, makes life easier. We compromised and escaped from Colnbrook (Slough) to Warfield. It's picturesque in places, plenty of greenery, farms etc. Mad that it's also 2 mins from Bracknell - town centre's all concrete!
