Hey guys since putting in my sounds etc my battery has been on the blink, even after charging it yesterday i started it, drove to the bank, then started it once again drove to work, when i came back to it after 8 hours it had trouble starting. Ive checked and when car is locked theres only 0.03 or 0.3 v cant remember which draining out of the battery, so all i can think of is, A) battery is dead B) Some thing like alternator gone ??? C) something i havent herd of and one of you guys is now gonna tell me Cheers Elliott o year battery is nearly 7 years old like the car

yea let me know mate coz mine's got some stress marks and just wanna replace that one light. Ive ordered them £93 ex VAT so about £220 quid overal i hate VAT lol ill let you know how it goes

out of interest ellz.....are you gonna have a drivers side headlight (in decent condition) available??? or are they both fecked??? :D Ive gotta try and get my eye lids off first so ill let you know after that as i do lose my temper quick with tho's kinda things

So will a screamer pipe make that much difference then? You'll only hear it when I'm at full boost plus by then you'll have the sound of the turbo, exhaust etc Your not gonna hit full boost that often i think you should shove it on, putting it back into the exhaust system is surely gonna be more effort as well ????? Hey just been to cinema (Talladega Nights very very funny go watch) and had 4 ppl in my car when going round even the slightest corner the noise comes back and louder, im thinking if this is still the discs or could it be suspension or something along those lines?????? Cheers Elliott

Nope the pad went in ok after wards gave the pedal a few pump and all was ok might do it and upgrade the brake lins at the same time

LOL u would have that many bad noises running that low OK took of wheels took pads out one side was lower than other so swapped them over, bent back shield a bit then went out for drive and noise come back probably even louder LOL is there any need for the shield ????? Cheers

I changed my front discs and pads and didnt bleed breaks is this bad ????

I used some compnay just down the road LSUK as i didnt have time to order some mintex ones off the net, ill give them a good clean up hopefully get rid of the noise

My 200 had exactly the same problem and had both myself and the Lexus techy scratching our heads. He was going to fit additional retainer springs to the pads but after checking the rear plates/dustguards found they were rubbing. Bent them back and hey presto...no noise :) Sweet sounds good im gonna have them off tomro, really ****** me off, Also while on the topic of disc my front ones i have just changed along with pads are very screeeeechy they've done about 700-1000 miles which i tried my best to easy them in, i have had a few goes at slamming the achors on now but the noise is still there, Any wise knowledge on this problem ??????? Ahhhh cool ill get the rear wheels off tomro night and see what going on, how do these work cos i dont get any noise from the rear when braking ?

Hey ppl need to know if anyone else gets a noise coming from what i can only think is the rea discs when going round corners, going round left hand corner the rear right and the opposite, the only thing i can think off is the weight of the car is moving the disc or caliper and just slightly touching it ? Yep was a very good day, ive just got in this minute barry, was a very heavy session last night, i got my fold up chair into 6 bars and then a club, until we tried getting 7 people then the bouncers had had enough so i donated it to there office :) So do u rekon we could see your starlet down there next year barry ?????? how did the bits going you where meant to be doing today?
