I would be careful as well as the TDi one is meant to up the boost which means more fueling etc etc then your talking alot more money. There is "meant" to be alot better than others but even if u put another make on you'll never no what you have done to boost/fueling etc. I think its a wait and see for you supercharger guys as there a few ppl already getting the TDi intercooler, prolex have got theres as well, they may have some test results/ideas as well.

Looking at MP3 players as my phones 2gig is nearly full of photos and movies etc. Saw this on pussy cat dolls video and looked pretty nice. Any one seen on in real or actually got one. Patch on for 24 hours so its off now. Everything is like im walking around with my eyes crossed, very blurry lol I still very achy gotta put (what i thought would be drips) but now i find out its a gel in my eye which is easier said than done as it curls out and is to thick to drop just by gravity so u have to kinda rub it across. Well u know when you've had one of those days when u should have just stayed indoors and left the **** thing alone. Started off fine, got the rocket cvoer off and changed gasket, the old one looked like it had a small pinch in it where it must have moved slightly putting it back on last time. Then i got under the car to have a look and the oil sump. I thought i'd go round and see if i could tighen any of the bolts up to start with. Going round them all i could get a small half turn etc on the bolts, could have done them tighter but they felt a bit weak (if you know what i mean) got to the bolts near the back of the gear box and started to tighen one straight away snap, the F**King bolt snapped off. mega angry i carried on with the rest. A few bolt further on the same happened again. Now im proper angry. So i go get the little tool where u drill a small hole into the snapped bolt and then this screws in anti clock wise and undoes the bolt. Get the drill out etc etc get a small drill piece and start drilling all going ok then "SNAP" goes the drill piece. i slide out from under the car and buggar me that hurts got something in the f**king eye. go indoors sit down with eye shut for 30 mins. doesnt get better so get mum to drive me to the hospital, looks like i have a nice few scratchs on the front of the eye. im now sat here with a patch on lookin like mother f**king captin hook. The biggest ***** take is a had the protective goggles about 2 ft away just forgot to put them on (most probably down to being ****** off with how the day had gone). Now gotta wait untill eye is better to get back under there and sort it all out. All in all a bad weekend

Cheers guys its a bit of a relief its started now need to sort out the oil leaks and then get the fueling sorted, should be done by JAE easily (I hope). Not gonna drive it really. only when i've refitted everything. One thing im not sure if anyone knows is. if i go and get all 3 sensors put in the exhaust system, will it run better or worse without mapping ??? Adie does your car still have the problem with the engine light coming on ???? saw TDi have got something up on there site that sudjests it might help ???

Ok re-plumbed the vac hoses and plugged other one up and hey presto it worked. Right pain in the arse tho as the hose is so short and its very tight to get hands in. Started her up and checked a few things over, a tiny bit of oil dripping didnt know where from looked like from the sump. So thought good time to take her out for a drive. I knew the fueling would be a bitch, drives fine out of boost but as soon as you floor it, its starts cutting (gotta be down to fueling) so just going round the block, just getting back to the drive and smoke from under the hood, :o i wasnt to please lol . looks like when we put the rocker cover back on must have pinched the gasket, so now gonna buy new one of them. Oil pi**ed out all over the boat lol. Looks like a bit of oil from turbo feed so need to do that up tighter as well. All in all bit of a annoying day, but ho hum. Now gotta re do rocket gasket and see if the sump is leaking. saw a tiny drip from just near the engine mounts but was really really small, hopefully be able to plug it up. All i ca say tho is buggar me its sounds AMAZING. just going along when the boost gauge starts to go from vaccum to 0 boost massive swurl then the BOV dumps alllll SWEET :)

nope it will dump just needs to be high in the rev range. like all the chavs sitting at traffic light they just rev up and it dumps. Yeah might have a go tomroat that other one. all that 2 pipe does tho is come out loop down and back into the block, not sure what for ?
