if you could find someone nearby who could help you disassemble the main bits, maybe put those in a garage/shed? then sell the shell for scrap? Wife gets to put her car back on the driveway again (maybe two weeks later) join up here as a gold member, start a link with parts available, updating as they sell off job done, and the world is a better place1 point

....... paint matching ...... recently I took a chip of my front door paint to Johnstone's for matching .............. I live in a Conservation Area and obliged to repaint the same colour etc. without Planning Permission for a change. It's easy peasy, they have a simple electronic gadget that reads the base colours of the paint in the sample and mix base colours to exact spec. ... that's for wooden front doors though ! Malc1 point
