  1. I emailed Lexus and got this response. Thank you for taking the time to email us. Lexus vehicles are made to European specification. Your current IS300h comes with a LED front fog lights with cornering light function and any vehicle that has LED or HID lights have a flat beam, which does not require any modification when travelling to Europe. Having used the car for 3 trips to Europe in the last 4 months, I can confirm that I have had no issues and that they don't seem to dazzle oncoming traffic

  4. Hi, sounds nice post some picks when you can. The wipers take a bit of getting used to. There is a button on the end of the right stalk to put auto wipers on and off. When they are on there is a green led that is lit on the stalk. The sensitivity can be changed by the dial on the stalk. Push up once and the wipers do a wipe but it stays in auto. Flick the stalk down once (it returns to the position like the indicators) and it changes to intermittent down again on slow, down again on fast. Flick up and it goes from fast to slow etc. Best to keep them in auto with green led showing and adjust sensitivity via the dial. Hope that helps. Paul

  5. That not the example on ebay that Alfred is looking at buying. No Fog lamp slots. I had a senior moment when I suggested I email a photo of my car to Alfred as he has his own car to check for similarity - Doh! Sorry if my intervention has been thought of as some form of selling or caused offence. . Shall I hold my handout for the ruler, or is it a Snitcher that I will get for my wayward conduct? Ah those were the days, and in later life meeting those who warmed themselves up using a slipper on my backside, not only did I enjoy meeting them again but still have fond memories of being taught how to behave - and in my case it was an uphill struggle for them.

  6. I'm not clever enough in these matters to know what the drive train combination should be but show me an NX plug in hybrid and I'd be signing up. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  7. The picture will look the same as its fixed to your resolution but the maps and system software get updated. The best feature of the updates is that you can input data while on the move.

  8. Radio interference is quite common. My wife has to park on the left hand side of her work car park. If she parks up against the building the remotes won't work.

  9. Hi Soulfiremage and welcome to the LOC, we are a friendly bunch and some of us even know how to pull them to bits and put them back together again, with of course the one bolt and washer left over. We recommend you spend a couple of mins looking over the rules of the LOC, we will be asking questions later. http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/terms-conditions/ Regards Mike

  13. It might help the original poster, just in case he hasn't found it, you could add a spare yourself. If your care has a spare wheel well (I think they all have) in the boot. Get a spacesaver from a Prius and it will sit in that well. You will have to leave the underfloor boot tray out or modify it as per another thread on here.
