  1. I wouldn't be too concerned. I seem to remember the same post last year from someone. Exhaust systems can do strange things when there's cold and damp around. And don't drink the cherryade!

  2. I knew about it and cowardly didn't want to say anything. There was no easy way to say it Mike so I just said it :)

  3. While for safe driving it's better to push the "snow" button, for fun all the procedures to disabilitate control make a happier tail, a step more tu unsecure driving is setting in SPORT mode, but be sure to have large spaces and no trees around :-)

  5. I have read that going too low on standard springs makes the standard shocks unable to cope so that could be wht has happened. Bilsein and Koni do uprated shocks, but by the time you have paid for springs and shocks you could have gone coliovers with way more adjutment. Puting better roll bars on made a massive difference when i did it.

  6. " grease, grease, grease with a suitable grease for the surfaces you encounter. " Your words, not mine Garry ! I speak from the experience of "de-greasing" the mirrors on my last IS250. The nylon mechanisms were caked with crud and grime adhering to the "grease" Once cleaned and "lubricated" with a suitable lubricant everything was fine. Silicon spray proved to be the "suitable lubricant" My current IS250C will get the treatment very soon. I didn't want Neil to use a viscous grease compound as he'd find himself back at square one in time.

  8. Sorry, I can't tell you where to source a replacement. What's the problem with the original seal ? I recently bought this in anticipation of potential problems with the seals on my IS250C. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221825622392?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT If your seal isn't split or broken, this product may bring it back to life again ?
