hi everyone, had 2007 gs two weeks on thursday and have not stopped smiling yet i love it, was sad to see ls400 go would love to have kept it but no room.

It was a ship of classic, simple design, like a flattened salmon, twenty yards long, very clean, very sleek. There was just one remarkable thing about it. "You ... you can't ..." he said. "See?" said Zaphod, "it's just totally frictionless. This must be one mother of a mover ..." ... "Look at this," said Ford, "look at the interior of this ship." That made me smile thank you ! things got eventful yesterday I rang Pendragon who own them and complained via them, shortly afterwards I received a call from Evans Halshaw saying we are going to fix the vehicle! I went down to the showroom and sat there until the manager dealt with me an hour later and showing him the court papers I had just filled in he arranged a refund (up to 72 hours 😡)but the losses they say will have to be by cheque once they have spoke to there trading standards department , I asked if the vehicles were PDI checked before going on sale he said of course so wit took over and I replied yes but needs to more in depth than lift the bonnet see if it's got an engine 😂

Greetings All A brief note from me to finalise this one. Lexus Birmingham acknowledged that they should have spotted the faulty power lead to the amplifier and I have been refunded the cost of the diagnostic work done by Mobile Soluitions and the cost of my petrol plus a consideration for the time I have spent travelling to and from Derby. All well handled by Faye Staley at Lexus Birmingham. My thanks to those on this site who took the trouble to offer assistance. Cheers John

Thank You Gang, a very informative post which answers my questions well. We are very happy with the EV experience offered by the IS and are slowly getting to grips with the slight change in driving style required to get the best from the system. Although my wife is getting better figures than me because I still like a little 'blast' every now and then as I used to do in my GT86. Thanks again PS The son of a friend of mine has just been head hunted by Tesla from Aston Martin to be their head of interior design in San Francisco, so hopefully you will be driving one of his designs in the near future

Absolute swines, once it's sorted I will re-tell your tale of woe at the hands of that dreadful firm as often as I get chance. We will see their demise sooner or later, the free market will eventually see to it...

They are called Hoshi Alloys and were initially offered as an accessory but same standard for the 2010 F sport models. They often come up on eBay.
