  1. Just completed a survey I received through an email. They said Lexus wanted to know my thoughts on, well this is what they said "Lexus want to understand what customers think of their products and services, to help them make improvements so they can better serve their customers. In order to do this, they are undertaking research with people like yourself who have used their products and services, to get a better understanding of your experiences and expectations." Well all they want to know is how you use your credit cards, nothing about the car, or the garage. So don't waste 30 minutes of your life......

  2. Wow, good to hear you are ok. Would it be too opportunistic to say my LS is for sale?

  3. Gordon Bennet, Glad to see you're okay, but the whiplash will give you a fair bit of havoc, looking at the damage to the car. So make sure you get a report from the doctor ASAP - and I assume the other idiots insurance will cough up. My wife get rear ended at 10mph, and though she was okay, until 2 days later the pain really started. As you say a big car like the LS is a life saver. best of luck getting it sorted and looking for a new LS

  6. Sorry to hear and see the resultant outcome, main thing is you are OK. Look at that alloy "girder" across the rear, there's the same at the front that's one of the reasons you walked away more or less intact. No debate regarding this one, it's a write off so start looking for the replacement.

  7. Really sorry to hear this but most importantly you are OK. There will be another good car out there somewhere for you and I hope you are able to find one soon.

  8. Hi all have had this problem before sometimes removing the radio unit and unplugging it cures it but it could also be the amp at fault ( it's in the boot on the o/s under floor trim ) sometimes can get water inside etc. Hope this helps
