Just completed a survey I received through an email. They said Lexus wanted to know my thoughts on, well this is what they said "Lexus want to understand what customers think of their products and services, to help them make improvements so they can better serve their customers. In order to do this, they are undertaking research with people like yourself who have used their products and services, to get a better understanding of your experiences and expectations."
Well all they want to know is how you use your credit cards, nothing about the car, or the garage. So don't waste 30 minutes of your life......
