  1. Thank you-if so it will become apparent!

  2. Just don't do it when you're driving! :) Anyone know a girl who can talk, drive, cook, wear headphones and text at the same time? Regards John Have you tried Ebay? Mike On one of my Mercedes Forums, they showed recently a photo of a girl cyclist in London traffic not wearing a helmet, nor holding her handlebars, but wearing headphones listening to her Ipod and texting!! And I have actually driven in a slow moving line of traffic on M6 and seen a lady drinking coffee, texting and reading a map whilst on her handheld phone. How or why they do these things is beyond me! Multi-tasking, my backside....it is just plain stupid! Regards John

  3. Agree entirely! Both are quite tasteless.

  4. Good luck with your searching. There is loads of good advice on here and the right car will come along eventually.

  5. Here's the lookup tool: http://www.lexus.co.uk/owners/your-lexus/#/RecallInformation. It is accurate for my car - ie, I still need the petrol pipe recall doing, but not the valve springs. As far as Cornish roads go, they aren't too bad in an LS. My 02 LS430 was a very manouvreable car, that could readily be turned, parked and squeezed into spaces, but they increased the distance between front and back wheels on the 460 (and its not the longer cars I'm talking about here), resulting in something that needs a bit more care with the back wheels, and a wider space to spin round in. You do quickly learn to feel where the mirror-folder button is when you drive on narrower roads! : o )

  6. They can, but they just do all the tasks badly. As well as the bad driving I'm sure the text message she was sending was also illegible.

  7. Surely you'd only want it to record with ignition on??

  8. If the windscreen is dirty then chances are so are the headlights. Clean headlight lenses is important with HID lighting - that's why the washers work together.

  9. Been to Fallingbostal twice this year from Wirral through France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. Saw plenty of CT`S, one GS and not a single LS ! Regards John Its a great feeling driving a car that cost a pittance and watch the faces of those in their BMWAUDIFERRARIRANGEROVERMERCEDES etc that have paid fortunes for an exclusive car only to look just like all the rest. 12. Don't know if you're still investigating Cialinf but had this a few years ago on mine. Turned out to be a gunked up throttle spindle on the inlet side of the carb. Bought a can of carb cleaner - followed the instructions down the barrel and around the throttle cable return spring area - and fault gone... Hope that helps :-)
