  1. I am Twinpot on the Swift Owners Forum. The picture in the avatar is at 3 Holes near Wisbech. Coincidently, the truck ended up in that ditch by the hand of the guy that owns the Pug on the trailer in the last picture by SpottedLaurel. Here is my daily driver.

  3. Er...I think that's about as far as it's wise to go, Ishaq - Lexus copyright and all that! The manuals commonly available on Ebay and other on-line sources are usually only up to date to about 2008. I guess they are still pretty useful for most jobs on the car though - most of the vital bits haven't changed - maybe not even with the new models. Not sure how different the IS200Ds (from ~2011) were though - probably not much for anything you might want to d-i-y.

  4. i looked into this and found the only option was the main dealer - but somebody said it heir review it wasnt worth the money as it was just a flimsy but of plastic. the other cheapest option is buy from china - there is one available on ali express if you search "LS430 Cargo Liner"

  5. All that is required is that the heat shield be removed and the sensor unscrewed, then the new one installed. You don't touch other sensors or have to remove anything else. The only possibly problem would be if the sensor itself won't undo from the manifold however that wouldn't be known until it is attempted - this also isn't normally a problem as anti-seize compound is used on the threads during assembly.

  6. Well, the old girl purred away yesterday, new owner seemed delighted. He had always wanted one, and held off to get a good one. He remarked within a few hundred yards that his current toyota avensis would now feel like a transit van. It's in good hands, a lovely couple who I feel will really appreciate and look after the big gold bus.

  8. Read this on the Evo app and it seemed like a really positive review. Very limited downsides and all the performance you could ever need. Great for current owners but not so much for those of us looking to buy ..... Will have to try harder to find one. Gavan

  9. Yes it is correct, it is very rare that the top bar will come on with any Toyota hybrid as the system won't fully charge the battery on its own, otherwise you cannot recovery any energy from braking. A very long descent will do it, maybe an excuse to take a trip to the Alps :)

  10. If you looking for a cheap option then a Rover 416 liner fits snug with small space at sides to put in bits and pieces but keep 95% of rest all in nice tray. Thats what I use so just an idea...
