  1. It was, but that's only there for non-residents mate. My house is close to the train station. I have a permit displayed in my windscreen permanently. Pretty much every homeowner on our street parks like that. Going to risk the bird poo once it's repaired though, and park it on the driveway behind the wife's car. ;) I'd rather clean it every day than get it hit again! :(

  2. Hi Everyone I appreciate all the responses. Common sense has prevailed and I've decided to keep my current car for the long-term. A shiny almost new one is tempting but not on the financial exposure needed. Cheers

  5. Thanks Pete. They were both v8 (both GT's) The silver vert, had Eibach lowered springs. 1inch spacers, hence the stance. CAI fitted with performance tune. Bullitt Grille fitted. GT500KR's Mufflers fitted giving the best sounding one around. Boy do I miss it lol The Black one I had done in triple black, as interior was tan like most 90's cars. It was known as Les's black mirror. Looking for a replacement at present. Regards Les

  6. I said maintain! Swirls and scratches are harder to see, stone chip are harder to see and it looks cleaner for longer than any dark coloured car. There's a reason commercial vans are usually white!
