  2. Well when i asked the question i certainly didnt have the diesel in mind! we all know its **** Yeah, sorry. haven't been on the forums for a very long time - so fed up with my lexus. For some reason this thread ended up in my inbox so I felt compelled to reply - realise now you guys were talking about the 200/300. I had a 200 and a 300, both high milers and never had a thing go wrong with them. The 300 was a top notch car and I really missed it when I traded in for the 220d. its ok, i can understand your frustration and potential loss of trust in the brand. you should go warn ppl off the 220d in the new member areas because when i see ppl looking to buy one and asking questions i havent the heart to tell them! well your RCZ will fill the gap between now and when the new IS is available? hehe ;)

  3. I remember an AA man getting my wheels off a few years ago on my Primera after I'd lost the locking wheel nut. I was very grateful and tried to tip him £20 but he wouldn't take it. Top bloke...

  9. When I was in Australia for 6 weeks last March / April I was based around Melbourne and travelled a couple of thousand miles by road in that time and all I saw was a single, solitary LS 400 ! Not very common there, the tax regime on a brand new LS 600 took the cost to @£220,000 ( yes pounds ! ) Malc

  10. I'm bringing my 7 year old son. The last meet i took him to, he went home and said "Mummy, Daddy needs to buy a big exhaust". I'm still working on that one, so that's why I'm bringing him :-)
