Strange Beeping Noise

this has only just started happening today. Every time i turn the ignition off there is a beening noise. It doesnt matter if the engine has been running or not.

Its quite loud and follows the same pattern or rytham each time. "bip bip bip bip....bip bip bip bip .....bip bip bip bip .....bip bip bip bip. then it stops.

Ive checked that everything is switch off.

any ideas guys.

I got this noise while fiddling with the connecters on the drivers side fuseboard.

Might have been the alarm/air bag system discharging ?

Was the roof open when it happened?, if so its' just to remind you...

I've had this when the roof isn't closed all the way. Drove me mad coming back from Brighton once.

Thanks for that Guys.. Panic over. The roof wasnt open but i opened and closed it a couple of times and all is well again.
