Energy indicator screen
I have a GS450h and I run the car with the energy screen on most of the time. In the space of 30 minutes the Battery level indicator goes from 5 blue bars down to one purple bar and will then go back up again, when its showing one bar only then it stays in engine running mode, above 2 purple bars it runs in hybrid. Is this usual? If not, anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks
450h 4th generation - issues
My 2020 RX 450h seems to have a few electronic issues recently. It has been with my Lexus dealer for around 10 days to fix the rear camera that is not working and the Lexus dealer called me this afternoon to say that they have fixed the rear camera but they need to keep it a bit longer to reset the tyre pressure light that has now appeared on the dashboard. I had not one issue for 4 years and now suddenly these two issues. My car had the plates fitted by the same Lexus dealer ( they are excellen
Best wipers for the 2018 NX300h?
As title - I purchased genuine Lexus wipers around a year ago from Lexus parts direct, however they are making an awful noise when in use, therefore i'm thinking they need to change. Does anyone have any recommendations? Bosch ? or any other brand to look out for?
RC F owners in Derby ?
Well Ive become aware there are now 2 RCF owners within a mile of where I live in Derby (DE73)😯. What are the odds on that? Are you guys on here?? One is white and has some signage for a tuning company I think on the doors. I can hear it run past the end of my street. 😅 The other blue which I've seen parked on a driveway and running up the highstreet. A bit creepy to go knocking on doors to say hello but I'll 👍 if I see you out. If all goes well I'm collecting my RCF next
Super Unleaded fuel
Given the LBX tank only holds 35 litres I thought I would give super-unleaded fuel a go for the extra £5 a tank. So far I am impressed as the engine seems quieter, smoother and more responsive. The consensus is you need to fill with super-unleaded three times before assessing any benefit and if you don't notice a difference then go back to regular. Will report back after doing so. Anybody else tried it or willing to give it a go?
Intelligent charging or not...
I'm looking at getting an RZ and am an Octopus energy customer. So I've read about the Octopus EV tariffs and found that Lexus is not a supported manufacturer but it would work as long as I use a supported charging point (Ohme or myenergi). Having dug a bit deeper I see the charging point vendors don't support Lexus either meaning they simply let charge flow to a schedule without communicating with the car and understanding things like charging level. The issue then is that the ca
