Audio problems and other!
I have a IS250C, 2010 with only 34,000 on the clock, full history, with recent services by Lexus. I am only the second owner, so it’s in good nick! I have just had a problem, or problems, with the centre screen etc and would be grateful for advice. Firstly, the ‘beep’ has gone despite it, apparently, being switched on on the control panel. More importantly, all audio functions have disappeared- neither the radio or the CD etc work (won’t switch on) and even the audio adjustment screen (the o
UX250h Tuning
Are there any recommended tuning packages out there for a UX 250h? Or do I not play around with my UX in this respect? Do I need to worry about what such a tuning package will lead to, if the car can't cope long term from such tweaks? What are your thoughts? It's just that I sometimes wish it goes up hills a bit better, and has a little more torque when I need it....

Replacing/renewing felt on the window weatherstrips
The weatherstrips on all four windows are looking a bit hard and shrunken on my LS460, and are no longer wiping against the glass when it goes up/down. Taking a look at another LS460 that happened to be parked nearby, that seems to be par for the course on these cars. As parts to replace just this piece of trim would be approx £1,500-2000 for all four doors, I was wondering about buying some generic felt/rubber strip, removing the old perished material and bonding the new strip onto the tri
Loss of key and continued operation of the vehicle
Reply Lexus greece Thank you for your communication as well as for your preference for Lexus cars. We apologize for the delay in our response. Regarding the content of your message, the event you describe does not concern any malfunction of your car, nor any manufacturing problem of the car as it is a completely normal operation of the smart key. Specifically, when the driver has the key on him and is in the detection area, he can activate the car, where it will remain activated
What new owners should know
Hi All, I'm awaiting my new RZ, my first EV, and my first Lexus, so I joined the group as a new member today. I've heard reviewers' comments about the number of irritating warning 'bings & bongs' in the RZ. Can these be muted quickly? Are there any other tips you would give to a new owner? Things you wish you had known?
