Hollow knocking sound
Hi Hoping to get some advice please. For the past couple of months I have noticed a subtle hollow knocking/rattling sound coming from what seems like the rear left of my IS300h when driving slow around town…up to around 30mph. I do not notice it when driving faster or when going over bumps…only on regular road surfaces (some bumpier than others) The very odd time it can also sound like it’s coming from under the front passenger seat….very rarely…but a few times I have noticed i

Low battery solution?
My 3 year old ES has been in a body shop for the last 4 weeks so hasn't been run properly. I got it back 2 days ago and not run it since. This morning trying to start it l got multiple warnings and the headlights started strobing fast. Called the AA out who found the 12v Battery was low, he connected a booster and everything started fine. What kind of booster pack would l need to buy in case anything like this happens again? Not looking for anything fancy as l will still be with the AA.
300h in the snow.
Well it wasn’t exactly blizzard conditions last night but it was bad enough that the very long uphill road to the local station had several abandoned vehicles on it. The conclusion? Don’t go looking for fun in the snow if you have an AWD with All Season Tyres on it because it is boring. It never flinched at all in the snow, it just drove up and down like a nice summer day. You can watch the power distribution on the display and it was interesting to see that it had transferred the bias from
