HI can anyone shine a light on deleting the sat nav in ucf20 ucf21 by swapping out the ac/heater controls ?? ....and if its atall even possible in a ucf31 ..the reason i want to do this is jdm sat nav in imported celsiors and aristos is useless here ...

Not going to be easy plug and play job, unless you can find a UK specification non sat model you can rob and then fit into the Celsior and even then you're probably going to need the full wiring manual and have some electronic skills.

I'd just leave the original in place and use a stand alone nav..

im talking about putting the ac /heater controls out of a same model jap spec celsior without factory sat nav

and then installing a 2din deck ? im sure heater controls should just plug in ?

I have broken a 1997 UCF21 Celsior non nav if you need the manual AC panel please PM me.

As for the wiring I don't know, surely can't be as bad as wiring folding Celsior mirrors to a UK spec LS400 :)

I've had two aristo vertex, first one had jap system in as you say no use for satnav. Second one I got had been converted to UK, think if I remember it was connected to a kenwood brain? Not 100% sure but it worked fine.
