Dash Advice Needed

Hi , a dog has scratched up the passenger side dash pretty good overtime particularly on the part between the airbag and glovebox (between passenger side fan and centre console) on a 2002 IS200.

ive noticed some IS200's have different trims there so im wondering if this part is replaceable without the need to have a whole new dash area installed.(it kind of looks like a modular part but im not sure) ive googled but not really found anything on it or if i need to search specific terminology for the part name im not aware of?

or even if theres some kind of treatment to make it look reasonably ok again.
