Question For Is300H Owners

Recommended Posts

As some of you's are aware I presently have a is300h as a courtesy car,

When it was delivered to me the driver tshowed me a bit of damage on the drivers seat and bodywork

Thes a 2-3in scuff mark on the drivers seat back roughly about Halfway up on the edge just where the seatbelt rests on seat

I'm just wondering is this a common thing with design of seat or as lexus driver said he thinks last person to use car probably didn't wear seat belt and it was rubbing between the driver and seat...

The last person who had this as a courtesy car needs a kicking as he had scraped and dented rear n/s arch, kerbed the same side alloy and OSF alloy and believe it or not stole the drivers floor mat

This is on a 64 plate with 6k on clock (shocking)

I personal have noticed this past 3wks that the 2 courtesy cars ive had 1 being a 64 plate shogun and 2nd a 64 plate is300h that they aren't treated right

The shoguns paint work looked like a 10yr old car put thru car washes ie every single panel very badly swirled marked and only 3310mls on its clock

Is300 as described above

Do ppl not look after cars they've been given out of courtesy

I personally look after them as if they where mine

Sorry went a bit of track from orginal question re the seat

I'll take a photo in morning a show yous better what I mean

Mine doesn't have any wear there, but then again my seatbelt doesn't rest there either as the drivers seat retracts when I switch off and undo the belt.

When I had a courtesy IS300h for a couple of days the mpg history suggested that people didn't treat it that well, that together with quite a few scratches etc. on a vehicle with 3k miles on the clock

As does my LS600 Colin...

I believe this is300 has been used and abused

worse thing is it was another Lexus owner that did this When he had this as a courtesy car

It's not my car but I have washed/ hoovered it twice since I've had the use the of it and ok a bit OTT I polished it as well 😁😁😁

Why.... You ask well I respect other ppls property and expect the same... Plus I was bored lol😂😂😂😂😂

Whoa that is bad :(

When I had a CT for a loaner I gave it to my wife to drive around as she only does school runs so less likelihood of it being damaged compared to if I took it on my home visits.

Rayaan..... Yes it's totally shocking plus other damaged I'd listed and the missing drivers mat stolen by last customer, the dealership are chasing all this up with him, intially I was meant to be getting a RX450 but had all been pre-booked out and I'd of had to of waited another couple of days,

I didn't want to wait any longer for my car to be picked up as I'm using my car as the brides transport for my daughters wedding in a weeks time, can't imagine what it would be like to try n squeeze her and dress into back of any other car hence I need mine back for it
