I have just had my LS430 100k service by Lexus. Question???? No where on the paper work does it say remove change spark plugs, is this not done now? Yes fixed price

I presume you are talking about 100k miles. My 460 gets a plug change every 60,000 miles (it's due the first plug change this year). Going by that, your next change would be 120,000 miles.

What does your owner's manual say and have you talked to the garage?

According to my service booklet, the plugs should be replaced at 63K intervals (this is MK4)

My mechanic reckons this is a guide, and can be well over 100K before the need replacing.

I have also heard that the car benefits from HT leads being replaced at 180K.

A previous car I owned at 150K benefitted from HT lead replacement , so with my next service at 170K I will probably aim to get plugs and leads replaced.

Your service booklet should state the plug change interval. It is either every 60k miles, and therefore the next change would be at 120k miles, or every 100k miles.

Pete, the mk4 doesn't have plug leads. It's coil on plug system. (Save yourself a few pennies).
