Leeds Dealership. Outstanding Customer Service

As mentioned on another thread, I had a problem with the passenger side mirror. The mirror element started "flapping" on the second day after handover. Fault was reported to the dealership and a replacement mirror was ordered.

Well I collected the car today after the repair and I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service I received. From diagnosing the fault through to completing the repair , the process has been painless.

The car was fully valeted and polished, and I also received a GS300h F sport ( brilliant !) as a courtesy car.

Must of sorted their customer service out then ! I drove up to Leeds lexus a few years back took me 5 hours to get there and they knew I was coming to look at a is200 which they told me was A1 only to find it was shocking !! Was there ten minutes and came away, no apology nothing , wrote to lexus uk to complain and heard nothing back from Leeds.

Well I guess it always depends on the salesman that you spoke to!

Whilst I agree with that about depens on what sales person you see I did expect a call from someone from dealership as was not good enough in my opinion.
