Air Con Supposed To Be Like This?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I have searched the forums and can't find anything specific to this.

My Battery went dead the other day. Got that sorted and everything's fine.

Question is- when I press my Auto Air Con on the air con goes directly to the footwell each time. Also if I remember correctly when I turned it on before it changed the air (if it wasn't already) from coming from the outside to just recirculating inside. And if I changed it manually between the two it knocked the auto air con off...

Apologies if this has always been the case and my head is melted...!

sounds pretty much like mine

You have demist blast button and a face blast button if you want the air elsewhere

I tend to leave the auto on, I assume it thinks your tootsies will be cold on start up lol
