Cooling Fan Recall

Apparently there is a recall for the cooling fan as well as the fuel pipe issue mentioned elsewhere on the forum. I don't have any more details but thought this maybe helpful info, I only found out recently when getting a price for the 6 year service.

yes there is a cooling fan recall and the fuel lines recall, just had mine done when car was in for a service at Lexus Cheltenham, great service from the service manager Matt, who is also a is-f buff and very helpful, this is one of the best Lexus dealers i have dealt with in my 14 years of owning a Lexus, they go over and above what you would normally expect, with a free diagnostic health check of the vehicle, tracking check, video link with a report from the technician working on your vehicle, all this with a interim service,

They are very familiar with the is-f as they look after around 10-12 of them, and no fancy prices just for the sake of it, they really do try to get you a fair deal.

Had both done, courtesy car with no charge this time and £25 of fuel from Lexus for inconveniencing me :)

Mine was done with my last service; I'll get the fuel pipe fixed later thii month and have a go in the RC-F whilst there

Only collision damage waiver. Used to be free then charged twice then not last time.

Never charged by Lexus or Hyundai (wife's car) I don't worry about excess as I have annual hire car excess cover for whenever I hire a car....mainly abroad which also covers courtesy cars to I think about £4k excess.

I had the cooling fan recall job done by Lexus (Lookers, Hatfield) but no mention of fuel lines recall from Lexus. What exactly is the problem? My car is 2011.

Just got mine back from Lexus carlisle ,both recalls sorted and got the gearbox oil changed too while it was in .was only 120 quid so very happy .
