Autoglym Ac Sanitiser Passenger Footwell?

Hi guys,

Just bought one as car was smokers car and want to help try and get rid of residue and smell. The aerosol says to put in passenger footwell to set off but just wanted to check with you guys that its the right place on the 450h, I think I needs to go where the air recirculation intake is for the A/C but don't really know what im looking for so before I waste a tenner just wanted to check that the instructions are correct for this car.

Usually best in the rear passenger footwell. I always put behind drivers seat.The sanitiser will be drawn in from there. I have used in both my Lexus and also in wife's cars. Follow the instructions carefully and it works.

When we collected our Lexus it had been smoken in, something that became more apparant as the weeks went by. We tried a variety of products (though not this one).

The only thing that worked was a tupperware bowl of quality cat litter. If the Autoglym does not work then this is worth a try.
