Bank 1 is the driver's side :) O2 sensor playing up?

Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply and sorry for me taking too long in replying. With regards to my question having got this problem

P0420 fault code iv'e spent up to date £1900 trying to eliminate this. The reason for my question was D J Auto's in Stoke diagnosed

it as "according to Auto Data" that fault code P0420 is Bank 1 drivers side "WRONG" Bank 1 according to Lexus is passenger side

"RIGHT" .after having spent £1325 up to now having both cats and new up stream and down stream sensors replaced without success it was by chance "clutching at straws" that a very small exhaust leak some 5" after the down stream 02 sensor on the passenger side which D J Auto's didn't think would affect the sensor might be the problem so a quick trip and £575 lighter I had a full stainless system fitted a hey presto no recurring P0420 fault code.
