The IS F spec is meant to match the spec of the IS250 SE-L plus PCS/ACC and multimedia. Therefore they should all have auto-dimming door mirrors.

Typically the door mirror dimming is controlled by the interior rear view mirror - it has the sensor and the on/off control and wires from there go to the external mirrors. This is certainly the way it works on my old 400h and my current IS300h - I don't have a wiring diagram for the series II IS but I can only imagine it is the same.

Quite easy to test, shine a torch at the sensor on the rear view mirror and see if they dim.

I know it is not an IS-F but we have a pre facelift 2007 and a post facelift 2011 IS250 SE-L, and whilst both cars have auto dimming door mirrors, the colours are differ on both cars. The 2007 door mirrors match that of the rear view mirror and goes a blue colour, whilst our 2011 model goes a bronze like colour. interestingly, I noticed that the rear view mirrors differ slightly between the models. They look the same from inside of the car but when you look at the mirror from outside of the car the light sensor is in a different position.
