The Bluetooth connection stopped working the other day. The controls such as the off hook or speak buttons on the steering wheel do not give any response either, so I cannot pair the phone to the car. I have looked at the fuses but I am unsure which one could cause this issue. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

Sorry I'm not familiar with the Bluetooth system but will move this topic to the 220d section where you may get more responses from owners.

Sometimes disconnecting the Battery resets all the systems but this can upset other functions like radio security codes so make sure you have this if you do,
