I'm planning to change my Brake Fluid on my IS250. How many litres will it take to completely replace with new fluid? Do i start from the wheel furthest away from the reservoir? on my VW Golf i've always started with the back wheel furthest away from reservoir and usually for some reason most of the draining happens at that point, almost 500ml on the golf and the remaining wheels then dont need that much drained. I am assuming this is because its the longest path and once new fluid is in there it's just a matter or draining and changing small amounts at the other wheels.

I had mine done a few months back - 1 litre to be sure it's fully flushed and filled.

If you suspect there's a problem, an extra 0.5 litres of flushing won't cost much more. It's obvious when the new fluid makes it to the bleed valve though.
