Rear Sub

My rear parcel shelf sub seems to have failed as many have experienced. Does anybody have any experience of a direct fit alternative replacement? If I am going to the trouble of all the rear seat dismantle I would prefer to fit new

1) Buy oem replacement from Lexus (also you can get them much cheaper from Lexus USA)

2) There are several subwoofer models that should fit with very minor work (JL Audio 8W0-4, but you will need to connect it in series to get 8ohm load)
