Rx 300 Navigator

Hi there, my first post proper, after introduction. No problems with Lexus, enjoying a great car after searching for some time for the right car.

One thing I am confused about is to do with 'Info' on Navigator. The Info button gives access to trip information, but only what seems to be average mpg for current trip. Reading the owners manual suggests for cars without Navigator the trip computer gives info on average mpg, instant mpg, overall mpg, etc.

is there some way of accessing this extra info from the Navigator system?

If you have the navigator I think the mpg figures are on the main display above the steering wheel. Pressing disp on the wheel should toggle between the views.

I think it is only the 400h that has that. The 300/350 just have a small LCD odometer.

On the Nav screen I thought you got average mpg (after refuelling), cruising range and instantaneous via the bar graph going across the top? I didn't think the non-Nav model provides more information? I certainly didn't think you got mpg just for the current journey?

Thanks for that, the owners manual for the basic trip seems to show various levels of information, where as Navigator shows average mpg which resets at each trip plus range. I'm not too concerned, just seemed odd the the upgrade to Navigator would result in less functionality.
