Exporting my Sc430 to france from ireland and have been asked in france for cert of conformity,any info appreciated not sure if they req french or english version.

I would contact either the DVLA or VOSA in the 1st instance.

Just noticed you are exporting from Ireland so may be slightly different but still EU to EU country as long as the french son't insist you move the stering wheel to the other side!
