Just a quick 'hello' as a new member. Have been running a IS300h Exec in black/black trim for 2 or 3 months now. Previous 'daily' was a BMW 120D Sport auto which was a great nippy, economical and fun car for my every day useage (London within M25). Changed to the IS300H as I wanted something a liitle bit more comfortable and to try and fend off HMG's relentless 'grabbing' of BIK taxes from me. As a city use vehicle the IS300H is superbly effective being very relaxing and refined for use in the heavy traffic of motorways and major 'A' roads - it has certainly been ignored by the motoring press (what do they know, eh?) On 'paper' and reading various road tests the IS300H would appear perhaps to be a little sluggish and not perhaps a first choice vehicle. This is certainly not the case, with surprisingly agile performance when the 'loud' pedal is buried in the carpet - especially at higher motorway speeds. Surely Lexus's best kept secret? - Regards, Ross
