My question is will is300 deflectors fit is200? Bloke on eBay said fro ts will not back. My thinking was why if fronts will and dont want to spend £80 on something that doesnt fit

surely th 200 &300 are the same and as far as im aware the sport cross is a is200 with an extension on the back

Do you have a link? There are no real body differences between the IS200 and IS300, even the saloon and sports cross use the same doors front and back. If these are coming from the US then it may not state IS200 purely because only the IS300 was sold over there.
