Lexus Portal -Trip Planning

When I plan a trip on the lexus web portal it all goes well until I save the trip as it just disappears. At first I thought I'd done something wrong but it happens every time. Some time later, I'm not sure how long but more than 15 mins it reappears and I can then send it to the car. Is this normal?

It's normal for Lexus I'm afraid. Same happens with me, also the name I give to the trip rarely sticks, often it shows up as the address or post code.

I've only used the feature a few times but I've never experienced a new trip disappearing.

It's not so much disappearing, after you have saved it it doesn't show in the saved journeys list for a period of time. I have to log out and then log back in some time later, hoping the trip has appeared. Once it has, then I can send it to the car.

I understand, but that doesn't happen for me. I've just tried it with a new trip, saved it and it automatically refreshes My Trips list and I can instantly send to the car.

Now getting the car to connect and actually download it is another matter but the portal part actually works for me fine. Maybe it is browser related, I'm using Safari.

I had been using Explorer 11 but after your reply I tried Google Chrome and it all worked perfectly. Microsoft strikes again!

That could be it, I'm Microsoft by default but will try another browser.
