I have searched everywhere and cannot determine how to remove the power mirror switch on my 1998 LS400. I have already purchased a replacement switch - the original failed mechanically (the left/right select toggle in the middle of the switch). I have tried prying it out and can get the top of the switch/coin holder module loose but it seems stuck at the bottom. There are two screws underneath the panel but one of them is blocked by the parking release bar that connects to the park release lever.

I purchased an online manual and paid for two days of access to the Toyota shop site and neither seems to show an exploded view of how to remove this panel so the switch can be replaced.

Thanks in advance for any help

If you go to the Post ;Lexus LS400 cuts out, started by Lurch on the 12 DEC 2014 you will see pics of the bottom panel removed, you will need to remove this panel as is in the pics to access the fastenings for the switch.
