90,000 Mile Service

Can anyone advise on the average cost of a cambelt service for an '05 RX400h? It's coming up, Christmas is my quietest time of year work-wise, so I might as well get it done. There's a couple of Lexus dealers I can choose from, or a Toyota dealer too. I'd just like to know the average cost so I know I'm being quoted correctly.

/edit - can't remember if it's at 80 or 90,000 miles so ignore that, but the belt needs replacing anyway due to its age.

My 100k service was just under £800. If I only needed a minor service then I guess around the £650. Unfortunately I live near one of the most expensive dealers so you may be able to get a better price.

Just the cam belt & water pump is around £375 from a Lexus dealer

yes it was.

For essential servicing the cost shouldn't be more than £349 for the major service plus £295 for the timing belt.

I paid £575 (including VAT) for 100k service and cambelt change at an indie dealer. Lexus quoted me about £750 for the same thing.
