hi folks

My Gs300 came with only one key luckily its a black 3 button and I assume master.

I need to get a second Key and have looked at many posts on programming and so on.

my question is

the flip keys on eBay

anyone used one successfully

Firstly you need to confirm what frequency the key works at. Different countries use different standards so a US key for example won't work on a UK car.

thought it wouldn't be simple :-(

But 20 quid might be worth the risk

Just shot them a mail asking for more information.

Don't bother with the flip key.

The one I bought off eBay lasted two months then broke off in the ignition and was very difficult to turn. Almost couldn't restart the car and get home. Not to mention a lot of places didn't want to cut it. I then bought a regular style key off eBay from a guy that could cut it from a picture of my old one. Works perfect.
