Hi Guys

i tried looking at the manual for this question but whatever i tried it didnt work so just wanted to check if below is possible?

When i open the drivers door from behind the handle is it possible to open all doors at the same time as currently only the driver door opens and passenger door remains locked?

Do you mean from the outside or inside.

When I open ANY door from the outside, all the other doors open.........so it is possible. I'll dig in the manual and see if I can find it.

this is a personalized option which only the dealer can change - i only found out after doing a bit of googling:

google "lexus ls460 dealer personalized settings"

and open and read the 3rd entry which shows all the personalized options on the 460 which the dealer can set

Further to what Mark says.........

It is Pages 625 - 629 in the Manual. Chapter 6-2. Customization........Customizable Features.

Before I took delivery of mine, the dealer showed me the list and asked me to choose the settings I wanted. I've had a couple changed at the yearly service.

The door unlocking item is on Page 626

Thanks all...so i gather once it is set up it cannot be changed...i.e Mine only opens drivers door but opens all doors if i use the handle on the passenger door!....seems the wrong way around to me...but hey ho!

should have read the manual before replying as i see it can be changed by an approved Lexus garage that has the right equipment!
