5 Seats Or 4 ?

Sorry for the silly question but hopefully some of you can help me.

I am trying to register my 2009 ISF in Ireland and am running into some issues. Namely the V5 that the car was registered on shows it as having 5 seats - but it only has 4 seats / seat belts. I am trying to check with Lexus UK that this is the norm but can any of you let me know if your V5 shows 5 seats ?

if there are 3 seat belts at the back then its a 5 seat. if only two seat belts then its a 4 seat.

It is a four seater but my V5 also states five seats.

Mine too. It has 4 seats, but the V5 says 5

Thanks for that. Seems to be exactly the same as mine - 4 seatbelts but 5 seats on V5.

Anyone ever tried to correct it with the DVLA - or is it never an issue ?
