Rear Light Cluster And Condensation

Right you lovely knowledgeable lot ...........any ideas on how to cure my near side light cluster slight condensation problem ? Its not hiddiously bad but its there, and only on the near side set.

My car is a 55 plate RX400h. Would simply removing cleaning and resetting the seal, if there is one to re set cure it ? Can you get new seals ? And do I need to sell a kidney to fund this like most ridiculously priced Lexus parts..........

there is a rubber gasket/seal on the back of the light cluster which seems to come unstuck and lets water in. Glue it back in place and you are good to go.
